• We will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, as preferred.

• Items marked as "final sale" at the time of purchase.

• Gift cards.

• Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or alterations.

7. International Returns

• International customers may return items within 14 days of delivery, following the same eligibility criteria.
